Bespoke sessions

I offer individual sessions in person or online via zoom.

Whether you are new to yoga, have an injury or physical limitation that requires a more personal hands-on approach or simply prefer to practice at a time when it suits you, I am available at different times of the week.

I enjoy working in a personalised way and have seen the progress that can be made when we become truly attentive to what the body and mind needs in order to return to a balanced state with more vitality and energy.

Private sessions are £50 for one hour and can be shared between two people.
